The cost is $25.00 for the first unit-week listing, and $10.00 for each additional listing per submission. All maintenance and resort fees must be current and up to date.
Listings run for a six month term on the MROA website. You must notify PGC upon sale of the unit, or to have the listing removed early. All sales are final.
